Hello again.. 2 posts in one day huh? hahahah.. just love doing the bloggig thing.. There are a lot of questions regarding Felinna Lotion.. about the ingredients.. there are some issues regarding the use of parabens,.. well let me tell you.. for some reason this lotions are intended to put a limited amount of parabens for preservation purpose..Preservatives may be used in cosmetics to protect them against microbial growth, both to protect consumers and to maintain product integrity..

The Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) reviewed the safety of methylparaben, propylparaben, and butylparaben in 1984 and concluded they were safe for use in cosmetic products at levels up to 25%. Typically parabens are used at levels ranging from 0.01 to 0.3%... With the permitted amount of parabens..Felinna Beauty InchLoss Lotion are safe and being officialized with KKM certificate.. It is not easy ya to gain certificate from KKM..a lot of work need to be done.. 

Triethanolamine helps water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients to blend together. It helps to form emulsion by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified so that water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients can be blended together. They are also used to control the pH of cosmetics and personal care products. Ok in short.. to blend all the products that contain water and oil characteristics..taaddaaaaa!! hahaha

Sodium EDTA ..this one also asked by many..In cosmetics, personal care and skin care products, sodium EDTA is used as a preservative, stabilizer and purifying agent to keep formulas free of contamination from tap water. Sodium EDTA also helps the topical penetration of active ingredients in skin care.so..for better absorption of active ingredients..they put this Sodium EDTA..

All of these chemical are reviewed under CIR .. For 35 years the Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) has worked with FDA, the cosmetics industry, and consumers to help keep cosmetics safe. so..the bottom line is FELINNA BEAUTY INCHLOSS LOTION IS SAFE! hahaha

Now let us see the other ingredients.. 

Aloe Vera Extract
No need to say more about this plant..this is a miracle plant..why? it has a lot or properties that benefit the human..Aloe vera contains vast range of vitamins such as Vitamin E that very important for skin..Minerals..amino acids..and enzymes..the gel is closely match to our skin pH.. 

1. Powerful natural moisturiser and seals off loss of moisture.
2. It also softens dead skin cells and helps their removal, leaving the skin smoother and brighter.
3. In fact, it helps the normal functions of the skin by improving its capacity to retain moisture.
4. Aloe vera has anti-oxidant properties too and boosts the skin's cell renewal process. In other words, it helps to delay the visible signs of ageing.
5. In fact, used regularly, it helps to restore the skin's youthful properties.it helps to relieve dryness and maintain the soft texture of the skin

 Glycerin

Glycerin is a natural emollient and has a cooling effect on skin. Being a 

humectant (which means that it attracts water, i.e. moisture), it draws oxygen into the skin thus helping it retain moisture.In addition to keeping the moisture level of the skin on track, the cosmetic effect of glycerin on skin is that the skin looks healthier and more attractive with the use of glycerin. The improved appearance of skin is due in part to the fact that the skin is hydrated and does not have the characteristic scaly look of dry skin. Glycerin can be derived from vegetable oils such as palm oil and soybean oil..

Capsaicin

Based on published journal Obesity researcher have found that application of capsaicin (0.0075%) to male mice fed a high fat diet, significantly reduced weight. These are some of the findings

1. fat cells were smaller in mesentric and epididymal adipose tissues of mice when treated with capsaicin cream
2. also lowered serum levels of glucose, total cholestrol and triglycerides
3. increased expression of adiponectin and other adipokines that lead to increased in fat burning

Capsaicin are derived from chillies.. well there are a lot of chillies..capsicum..jalapeno.. don't strict to cili padi and cili kering only ya..hahaha

Iris Florantine Extract

Well..this ingredients made me surprise.. hello..this ingredients can be found in high end cosmetics line ok?? everybody... Murad? Korres? Decleor Paris? recognize these names..ok Korres might be not popular in Malaysia... but the other two? well.. there are a lot of brands use this flower extract.. Ok..now what is so special about this ingredient..

1. Iris Florentina Extract is a revitalizing anti-aging ingredient that is rich in natural isoflavones. 
2. Iris Florentina Extract stimulates skin to compensate for decreased metabolic activity due to aging.
3.  It will fortify the dermis by limiting the degradation of structural proteins. 
4. Iris Florentina Extract reduces the depth of wrinkles, improves skin hydration and elasticity for an overall improvement in skin tone. 
5. Iris Florentina Extract is useful in anti-aging or anti-stress products.

Himalaya ni bg tingling effect..ahhaha mcm tergedik2 je mask tu kt muka ni..tp after 15 minutes mmg refreshing.. mmg sesuai utk normal to dry skin..yg hitam ni mmg 2 thumbs up.. sesuai utk whitehead and blackhead area.. sekali tarik..zaasssssstt.. npk blackhead.. you tgk blackhead tu mcm geli tp mcm rase puas hati...hahaha cano tu..I jarang scrub..2 minggu sekali je..sbb kulit dry...lgpn Facial wash Tabita n Smooth lotion tu dh bg effect pembersihan yg sgt bagus..all the dead cells melekat kat cotton..mase tgk 1st time.. haa..ape ni kerak2 coklat..? daki ke hape ni? (soalan xcaya and xnak ngaku muka byk keark hahaha) so far scrub ni works well on me..If I pg kerja luar / process line..blik je rumah I cuci muke dgn scrub ni..mmg elok...

These are my staples.. I mmg akan pakai lotion badan hari2 without fail..musti sbb sy ade kulit yg kering.. St Ives and Nivea ni I campur on my palm  and sapu on my skin.. whole body..hehehe.. yg Body Shop : Japanese Cherry Blossom tu I selalu pakai bile nk jalan2 on weekends.. wangila skit kan..tp I suke texture body butter ni..tak berminyak and tak sticky..Felinna tu dh mmg wajib I pakai ..kat targeted area..so far mmg effective.. Ok ..let me tell you those supplement punye functions..

1.  Zinc complex ni bagus utk kulit especially kulit yg berjerawat..membaikpulih luka dgn cepat..sbg salah stu bahan imunisasi utk badan.. Zinc ini jugak membantu mencegah keguguran rambut 
2. Carotomax ini adalah beta-carotene yang mengandungi anti-oksidan yang tinggi.. Ia menjaga kesihatan mata..kulit..rambut dan kuku.. selain itu ia adalah sebagai angen anti-aging dan anti-cancer..
3. B-Complex.. B for beauty so if nak kulit yg cntik..kuku dan rambut yg sihat...ambilla B-complex..mengandungi Biotin yg aman penting utk kesihatan kulit..kuku..dan rambut..tetapi kite mesti ambil B-complex ye..iaitu mengandungi adik beradik B yg lain..sbb vitamin B dia compliment each other..selain itu B-complex membantu membebaskn tenaga dari makanan kita..dan menjadi unsur penting dlm pencegahan kanser rahim
4. Vitamin C sbg agen menggalakkan pembentukan kolagen.. dan mencerahkan kulit.. selain membina imunisasi badan yg lebih baik terhadap demam dan selsema..mencegah gusi berdarah..membantu mengurangkan pembentukan plak2 kolestrol pd pembuluh darah dan byk lagi...
5. GLA Complex..mengandungi Borage Oil .. Shaklee tak de Evening Primrose tetapi ade GLA complex..membantu menstabilkan hormon..memberi kulit yg lembap dan muda..serta mengurangkan kedutan dan pigmentation..Bagus utk mereka yg menghidapi diabetes dan darah tinggi..

2. OmegaGuard.. ni minyak ikan..veryh high in DHA and EPA..bagus utk mengawal lemak dan kolestrol dlm badan.. kandungan DHA nye bagus utk perkembangan otak.. jgn slh anggap org dewasa tak perlu perkembangan otak..kite celik je biji mata ..byk benda nk fikir n nak buat..
3. VitaLea - ini multivitamin...sebiji shj sudah cukup... smua jenis vitamin dicompactkn menjadi 1 tablet..
4. Lecithin..bagus sebagai pengemulsi lemak..dan byk lagi fungsi.. bagus utk otak dan penjagaan kulit serta rambut..lepas makan makan 6 biji.. minyak2 makanan kite dia akan emulsify tak absorb oleh badan..
5. Alfalfa Complex.. bagus sbb tinggi fiber..makan 30 minit sblm mkn.. juga sebagai detox harian utk badan,,mencegah bau badan dan mulut serta membersihkan hati... 
6. Herblax ni..saya ambil malam sblm tidur tetapi bkn hari2..seminggu 2-3 kali aje.. ni utk detox membersihkan usus..kerak2 yg terlekat pada usus...

So far these are my regime..for both health and skin.. tp ape2 pn my priority is my health..badan sihat..smua pn blh jadi..blh ibadat.blh cari rezeki..boleh macam2.. =) Hargai kesihatan kita..saya tak paksa semua ikut cara saya... ini adalah pilihan individu..supplement2 ni semua sy tak beli setiap bulan.. 2-3 bulan sekali..makan ikut dose dan keperluan.. kalau sy demam..sy stop pengambilan vitamin kecuali vitamin C..sy mkn ubat yg Doktor bg dan antibiotik jika ada.. makan supplement ikut aturan dan rujuk pakar / doktor sebelum ape2 pengambilan vitamin ya.. Bersederhana dalam semua aspek.. janji kita sihat dan bahagia.. semolek2 kecantikan adalah akhlak dan budi kita.. =)

My Make-Ups.. Not that Impressive..

Women and make-ups are like sisters.. am I right? not really? hahaha ..well i think it depends on type of woman.. err..really? well.. just don't think about that.. it is not important though.. I admit.. I love make-up things.. but not everyday I will wear a make-up.. but I do like the skills.. how to blend the foundation..the concealer...eyeshadows.. how to line the eye ..how to shade ..for me it is like a hobby..or at least you have some other skill other than... doing housework or... typing?? hahaha.. I mean other than doing what you are doing everyday... kan..? 

I am not that great in make-ups.. just minimal and simple one.. but I do want to try the theatrical one.. like they do in the films.. but time is my constraint..to sign up for make-up class.. My aim is for bridal make-up.. or event make-up.. at least ...for me that is just for fun and to add some skill. that's all..My fav. drug store make-up is Revlon, ZA and Maybelline.. I can say this is the top 3..Basically.. I am a fan because I use them..and I hv tried a lot of drugstore brands but these are the best for me.. L'oreal? hum.. the products are fine..but maybe it doesn't suits me that well... these are some of my staple..in my make-up case..

This is really works on me.. But.. the nozzle are not that good.. you have to pump carefully..
The texture is light and it glides smoothly on your face.. my colour is 050 Medium Beige / Beige Moyen.. just be realistic.. we have to find the closest tone to our skin.. so this the closest to mine.. It doesn't cake and stick to your skin all day long..for 12 hours!.. It doesn't cause breakouts..and can be easily remove with make-up remover. 

This second best after MakeUp For Ever HD.. and the first choice for drugstore line.. It gives satin finish.. I choose 002 since I have a Malay skin.. not too dark and not too light.. and about the color correcting thing.. I am not that sure..but whenever I take pictures.. I will give smooth skin effect.. 2 thumbs up for this primer!

This Loose Powder is very fine and it sticks to your skin. I choose 002 and it has the Derma Breathe effect..not so sure about the effects but it did what it does best.. oil control! my skin look fresh and dewy.. the best is by using Kabuki brush..

In my previous post.. I did said about "not seldom used" of lipstick.. well.. these two are my fav... next to Revlon ColourBurst Lipstick in Soft Nude 070 .. This 096 Macaroon just nice and it does compliment with my skin.. not to bright and not too dull.. just love the tone =)

If I feel I want to look pinky.. (hahaha that is too much ok..) i love to use this clour.. 415 Pink In the Afternoon.. Always used this for event / kenduri.. but absolutely not for funeral.. That will be too much.. Both of the lipsticks are creamy and moisturizing.. I can't wear matte lipstick..as I would look old and make my lips dry..

These two are still under experiment..hahaha.. but It really pays off with the quality . 

Some of my collection.. Stage eyeshadows are seldomly used..only used when I need extra attention to my eyes... It really works with the Revlon primer.. It sticks to your lid like a glue..hahaha. The Stage concealer are fine to me.. It does conceal my dark circles and at nose area.. 

My favourite perfume.. Gucci, D&G..Burberry and Body Shop.. But Gucci always No.1..hehehehe

That lipgloss is from SilkyGirl in Amber.. a natural colour..

Revlon PhotoReady are just simply the best! Especially when you always take photos.. It doesn't give you a white reflects.. or else you will look like a clown.

Revlon New Complexion is still under trial.. but to compare with PhotoReady... PhotoReady is still my number 1 !

    

My humble everyday look.. eyeliner..liptint + lipbalm..browliner..and PhotoReady Natural Och re.. =) Sorry for the irrelevant place.. ..hahahaha 

People might think with an expensive make-up range.. you can achieve a good look..well not really.. It is how you apply and blend those colours.. sometime you just need one / colours for you to look nice.. black for eyeliner and light red for your lips.. Just remember less is more and the key is match and blend..the canves is your face..make sure your skin is well maintain so you can achieve a flawless look.. not saying mine are perfect...i am still learning and trying what is the best for me.. it is just to support other woman  on looking good..it's ok to have dark skin.. no sharp nose.. no high cheekbones..or..straight and short eyelashes.. that is what make you unique from anybody else.. just took care of yourself and appreciate & love yourself..that is the most important thing..

BEHIND THE SCENE OF KRYOLAN ..

KRYOLAN.. anyone? well kita biasa dgr M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder..Lancome.. Chanel.. etc etc etc..but Kryolan.. have you heard about this brand..? The brand was born in 1940s.. ( I don't even exist yet..heheh and my mum too hehehe).. and the founder is Arnold Lnager..a chemistry student.. he loves science and theater  so based on his loved..he developed a make-up line for theater .. and because of his passion and love, he has developed makeup colors for thousands of theatrical and film productions (one of them is Shrek!) So let us see..how Kryolan makeup is made.. 

Wuuuu..what a lovely colors.. just look at those hue.. 

Quaint GDR standard milk jugs from East Germany which are sourced from local flea markets as they have found them to be the most accurate for hot pouring.. and yang paling mantap..semua orang dpt gelas yg identical.. awesome.. 

Hot pouring is done by hand – even into those tiny lipstick and DermaColor palettes

This is the authenticity of Kryolan.. no big machine..no mass production.. They are very few manufacturer like Kryolan..since most of them are economist rather than artist..Kryolan really stick to their roots and this is so much to respect for..

In Malaysia..especially in blogs they are a lot of seller selling this product.. but bear in mind Kryolan is originally from Germany.. so find the right seller ya.. just make sure it is a worth buying ..

ok.. you can refer about the collagen on my previous post about Collagen.. It is More than about Anti-aging ... what I want to elaborate more is on Gluta.. or scientifically known as Glutathione...

Glutathione is considered the body’s “quarterback” of antioxidants. It’s been considered the most important antioxidant your body naturally creates - similar to coenzyme Q10 and alpha lipoic acid.

It does this using just 3 amino acids - cysteine, glycine and glutamic acid.

Some of the glutathione benefits include preventing heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, helps to keep your energy levels up, and aids in recovery and immunity. To get the full benefits of glutathione, it’s best to get at least 100mg per day.

If you’re active and/or are over the age of 50, you should consider taking more. Reason being is your body doesn’t make as much glutathione as you get older (similar to coenzyme Q10). When you’re active, you’re usually breaking muscle down and it gets stronger when it recovers. One of the glutathione benefits is it helps with recovery (including injury).

7. Fighting off HIV/AIDS. HIV causes your immune system to be weak. And glutathione can protect the immune system from oxidative stress caused by HIV.
8. Keeps Vitamin C and Vitamin E in their active form. Thus allowing them to continue to be powerful antioxidants.

Thus, based on this..I can say.. Felinna Beauty Vitamin C plus Pure Collagen is well produce product.. It contains Vitamin C that act as powerful antioxidant with glutathione that increase the vitamin C in active form.. In addition to this, it contains Pure collagen that will help in developing new cells and tissue.. The fact that the product is to beautify the skin but it gives more than this.. Well.. this is all I can write about my findings..but soon ..I will review about this product..at least a month from now..to see any progress and differences after consuming this supplement..

You can spot it by comparing the nozzle.The FAKE one is smaller than the ORIGINAL one.

The differences also can be seen at the pump / nozzle of the Smooth Lotion, The gold colour is differ from the ORIGINAL one. The structure of the pump, shows that the FAKE one is non-pattern and flat pump (sign of low quality packaging) and when you pump out the Smooth Lotion, the amount is uncontrollable (it might spit on you clothes..trust me.. I have used the FAKE one before)

The FAKE one shows low quality of packaging.. Just look at the flowers..Imitation done is failed!. The ORIGINAL one is well crafted as well as the "flow" pattern at the side of Smooth Lotion words. The FAKE one is too thick as well as apply to the Tabita wording. Just look at the "a" at the end of the Tabita word, the "b" and the "t" at the centre of wording....

The color of the Smooth Lotion also differs to each other. The FAKE one is orange color but the ORIGINAL one is lighter. The smell is unpleasant (high alcohol content). This is totally will peel of the skin in a very dangerous way.

Ini Original Night Cream.. after 3 months of usage (with proper storage) ..pearl white..
.. It may have slightly change of colours disebabkan cara tutup yg tak ketat and buang cover dlm night cream tetapi.....(pls read below)

Ia tidak seharusnya berupa ini...menjadi keruh dan kecoklatan... (this is scary loveliess)

No need to say more.. just compare .. As time goes by, the colour of the logo will fade but not as fade as the FAKE one.. FADE & FAKE? what a coincidence..

The colour of the day cream for the ORIGINAL one is lighter than the FAKE one.

The colour of the night cream.. this is one is tricky.. but to tell the truth (truth does hurt).. the FAKE one  will get quite  cloudy & muddy.. due to oxidation of chemical that is not stable inside the ingredients.
